Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a set of language and sensory based interventions and behaviour modification techniques used to help the unconscious mind to change patterns in behaviour that are currently causing you concerns. It works well for improving your personal development such as self-awareness, confidence, communication skills and social actions.
Neuro – the relationship between mind and body and how they affect communication and behaviour.
Linguistic – this is the language that helps us to gain access to the unconscious mind.
Programming – we can access the unconscious mind through conversations to change our behaviours and negative thoughts to how we want to behave going forward.

What you can expect from your session:
- The process – We begin with you telling me your problem and I will ask you for examples together with questions to discover HOW you do it in your head. We will probe to discover the source of the problem such as the events leading up to it. Sometime before the end of the session I will ask you what has happened so you will know the problem is gone.
- After the session – I will probably assign you some tasks to work on, you must do these as they are a fundamental part of the therapy. The second thing you will do is to completely focus on what you want. Finally, if your old pattern does return you must refuse to allow it to run the old pattern again and continue to focus on what you want.
My Charges are £120 per session (1-1.5 hours) using some or all of the techniques.
