Whilst bringing up my children, I took the opportunity to start my own cleaning business which ran for almost ten years. Whilst I worked for many lovely clients and it provided me with a great deal of flexibility, it was always my intention to return to my former occupation in Human Resources. As time went by, it was fair to say that my confidence had taken a nosedive as I felt that many of my hr related skills had become a distant memory.

After meeting Caroline, she suggested that this service would help me to take stock and re-evaluate where I was at in my life. For the first time in many years, Caroline helped me to focus on my needs/future and what I needed to do to take positive action to make the change instead of allowing myself to drift.
