I am a 57 year old female. When I met Caroline I had just come out of a long relationship and I had issues regarding my late husband. I had very little confidence in myself. I did not want to see anyone or talk to anyone.

To find the cause of my negativity, self-loathing and all other problems. To make myself like me more. To put me first and find a way forward.

Caroline helped me see through the fog at a very important crossroads in my life. She found the negativity and showed me how to deal with it. She showed me that although the past makes up our life we do not have to let it define us. I was helped through the bad things that dominated my life and moved to the better things. My life has completely turned around since I met Caroline, I might have got there on my own who knows but with the help of Caroline I got there feeling better and in control. Caroline is a warm friendly person, extremely good at her job, puts you at ease, makes you feel relaxed and gets the best out of you. The road may be bumpy but she will support you every step of the way.
